It’s no secret that downtown Las Vegas has entered a new era. Beyond the iconic Freemont Street experience, locals are flocking to the trendy bars, health-inspired restaurants and the many themed attractions that are popping up regularly. The downtown transformation from shabby to chic has also influenced the popularity of surrounding neighborhoods. What once were old and outdated, are now in high demand and seeing incredible renovations. Rancho Nevada Estates, approximately 3.5 miles up the road, is a great example!
Surrounding historic neighborhoods such as Rancho Bel Air and Scotch 80’s, have also seen a similar uprising trend. Renovations combined with an increased desire to be near the action of Downtown Las Vegas is notably reviving these communities. It is no surprise a property like Campbell broke through the ceiling and as more homes like it hit the market, these neighborhoods will continue to set new records in the coming years.
